Thank you for everyone that is helping to spread the word about how wonderful our shop has turned out to be. We get new customers every day from word of mouth! So tell a friend tell a neighbor you never know who might be looking for a new place to shop or someone that would love to sell some of their items with us!
Reminders: No stickers or labels they are impossible for us to get off when we are in a hurry checking out customers! Every item must have its own tag even if you sell multiples of same items. That is how you get paid is by the tag. If we can not remove the label or sticker that you should not be using YOU WILL NOT GET PAID FOR THAT ITEM!
If you sell anything battery operated or electrical please make sure it is in working condition. I do not want to sale any item in here that does not work properly! And please mark on your tag if it works or not!
Vendors when you come in and check on your booth be patient while we are checking out customers. We will be checking out customers before we check your boxes or answer questions. You must stop and wait for us to check your boxes, totes, or items that you are removing from store before you walk out of store. We will not put up with anyone walking out with merchandise or boxes without being checked!

The more you work your booth the better opportunity you will have to sale more items!
Furniture consignments: You need to call ahead to make sure we have room for what you are bringing in. All items must be clean and in great condition. We have listened to and watch our customers shop, for the most part they are not looking for furniture to redo that needs a lot of work or reupholstering, they want items ready to put in their homes or shops for reasonable price. Please be careful not to bring in items with odors or pet hair! Ask yourself is this a piece I would put in my home? After first of the year some items will be asked to be removed. Thanks for your understanding.
We are striving to make our Mall customer and dealer friendly with great CLEAN items at Great prices. We do not want to be known as a junk shop.
Re-think your booths and consignment pieces, some items need to be removed and start fresh with quality pieces. January has always proven to be a good selling month and dealers are especially out buying for their shops, lets make Unique Treasures the place to fill those needs.
Website is up and going. We will try to update the web more often now that it is back and going. Here is a few friendly reminders:
1. No stickers or labels can be used for price tags. Price tags have to be removed easily if you want paid for your item. Handwriting on tags must be readable so please make sure your $ signs and your 1's are readable.
2. We have booth space available if you are thinking about moving to a larger booth please ask at front desk which ones are available. You know anyone wanting to sell items please spread the word.
3. It is your responsibility as a vendor to keep your area dusted and cleaned.
4. Rotating merchandise will help your sales tremendously. No one wants to look at the same stuff over and over. !
